1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons hot water
PREPARATION:
Sift sugar into a bowl; stir in corn syrup and vanilla extract. If desired, add a drop or two of lemon or orange extract. Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of hot water; mix until smooth. If too thick add a few more drops of water. Makes about 3/4 cupNeed good recipe for cake decorating icing for a 2 layer 1/2 sheet cake?
Sugar and white cream, mixed thickly and mixed with sprinkles.
