Good luck, happy birthday to your b/f!
Skip the cake....blow out the candles in the bedroom. How you do that is up to you but no fires please.
Angel food cake with strawberries. For those not on a diet, make a sauce of mascarpone and whipped cream with confectioners' sugar, for those on a diet Reddi-Whip. Chocolate doesn't do low-calorie. But you could do the angel food, cut it into squares, make a chocolate fondue and dip and then roll in nuts. Mmmmmm!

When trying to make home made desserts with less calories, try to use the Splenda baking sugar.
Although it is more expensive, if you looked, foods with less calories do cost more. But it's worth it to me.
Using this type of sugar you can still use just about ANY recipe you want to eat! lol
this cake is good and only has 176 calories, 1 gram fat.
