It has tons of cakes made with with some type of liquor. Is it possible to mix and make a cake with alchahol have you got any recipes?
I have a recipe for Black Russian Chocolate Cake. It uses kahlua and vodka. Email me if you want the recipe. It is yummy! Is it possible to mix and make a cake with alchahol have you got any recipes?
Would be kind of pointless as the alcohol would burn off during cooking. Best to soak the cake later. Try halving a ginger loaf cake, pouring over brandy or similar, then filling and topping with whipped cream and bananas.
I have made a chocolate cake and after it was cool I cut in in the middle covered both halves with liquor, put it in the fridge to get cold then ice it.

You can also add Liquor to the icing.

It was very very yummy.

Good luck
One other thing, if you want the alcohol in the cake after cooking, just add it after!! Alcohol is VERY pourus so will seep all the way through the cake anyway, but this will only work with prober spirits e.g Scotch, Brandy, Vodka, Absinth etc.
make a rich fruit cake and inject sherry into it ..........leave it in a tin for a few weeks scrummy.
There are many cakes (bourbon cake, for example) made with whisky; but the alcohol evaporates.

Then there are cakes such as rum baba or black forest cake where you add liquor to the finished cake. Perhaps that's what you mean.

There are many recipes. Here's the first of 8 given on the second link below:

6 eggs

3/4 c. sugar

2 c. flour

1 c. raisins, optional

2 tbsp. baking powder

9 tbsp. melted butter

3/4 c. lukewarm milk

Beat eggs and sugar until very light. Add flour and baking powder that have been sifted and blended together. Add butter, milk (and raisins); beat until smooth. Grease and flour angel food cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.

SYRUP:

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. white rum or 1 tsp. rum extract
I don't have the recipes but there's a cake my mom makes called Rum Cake. It's good. She makes it on holidays like Christmas.
yes it is possible, but remember that all the alcohol will be lost when you bake it, just leaving the part that gives the taste.
you can't bake it in as the alcohol will evaporate in baking, but you can soak the baked cake like for example with tiramisu

you can make just about anything with alcohol that you cook, it is used as a flavoring. The alcohol always cooks off
