CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M%26amp;M'S庐 etc. (anything you like in cookies)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredient (s).
Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cooke sheet.

You can take the cake mix - dry. Cook up a small package of Cook%26amp;Serve Pudding according to the package directions. Once it's boiled and thickened, pour it directly into your dry cake mix. You will see it start to swell - no problem. Pour into a sprayed cake pan (8 or 9';). Sprinkle over the top 1/2 cup of mini chocolate morsels (regular size won't have time to melt so be sure to use mini). Then sprinkle over the top 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts). Bake 350潞 for 25 minutes. Don't overbake. Will turn out like a cross between a cake and brownie.
There are so many things you can do with your cake mix after baking the cake. Crumble and use as a crust for a nice Chocolate pie. Also crumble and use for a parfait, layering the crumbs, ice cream, pudding, and whipped cream with a cherry on top. You can also use canned Pie Cherry Filling as a layer and top it with toasted coconut and toasted sliced almonds.
