Is any body know a white/yellow cake recipe that doesn麓t go milk or water (or any liquid) and how to make it?

I just have a friend who makes that Delicious cake, but I don't know how to make it...Is any body know a white/yellow cake recipe that doesn麓t go milk or water (or any liquid) and how to make it?
Why not just ask your friend? Is any body know a white/yellow cake recipe that doesn麓t go milk or water (or any liquid) and how to make it?
You'll need some type of liquid if you make a cake, Unless you make a dump cake.

All you do with that is dump a can of your favorite pie filling or fruit in the bottom of cake pan.

Dump dry cake mix over the fruit

Sprinkle chopped walnuts over cake mix

Take a stick of butter slice into quarters and place on top of dry cake mix(all over top)

Bake the cake at the Temperature and time that is on the cake mix box.

small cakes:- you need two eggs plus their weight in butter, sugar, flour

Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas mark 5

Cream the butter and sugar together, getting as much air into the mix as you can

Beat the eggs and whisk into butter and sugar mix a little at a time

Fold in the flour. Don't beat too much at this stage

Spoon the mixture into paper cases or a greased bun tin

Bake in oven until well risen and golden brown

Makes about 12 buns

You need some kind of a liquid for cakes. Eggs are considered liquid to me. Also if you use only eggs the cake with have an omlet type taste.
No liquid...I don't think so? All eggs?
